Texas Community Watershed Partners The upcoming Texas Citizen Planner Program is a 6-session training course for local, appointed officials, and other planning-related professionals.
This program will cover planning concepts every local official needs to know, including:
- Planning topics and trends for a positive community vision and quality of life
- How to use planning tools to improve development
- Legal and technical aspects of planning
