Celina Gauthier Lowry is a Program Coordinator with Texas Community Watershed Partners (TCWP). Celina is a graduate of the University of Houston – Clear Lake where she received a dual M.S. degree in Environmental Science-Environmental Biology and Environmental Management. Her bachelor’s degree was followed by an unexpected opportunity as an environmental scientist for a small environmental engineering/consulting firm. Working within their large scope of services gave her a great sense of accomplishment but she decided to pursue a master’s degree to compete for opportunities focused on environmental stewardship. Celina worked for 3 years managing environmental compliance programs for a state university. She is happy to apply her experience in biology and management where she can contribute to the environment in a more substantial manner.
